Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns /Insurance/Refund
You have 15 days from the time you receive your items to initiate a return/insurance/refund claim

We Do Not offer Returns or refunds for items that you change your mind on or personalized items (items with names etc.) that can not be resold (there are some exceptions like damaged during shipping, missing packages, etc. see below for more details)

Returns
If you want to return a item(s) Please email us at the address below and ask about a return... you will need to have your order number and a detailed description as to why you want to return an item and pictures of your items .
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 
We will assess your request and send you a return label if needed. Once the items have been returned to us and inspected you will be notified of the options for refund/repair etc.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus all shipping cost. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If a promo code for FREE or Discounted Shipping was used at purchase the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

However sometimes items are damaged in shipping by the carrier before you receive them so it is best to purchase insurance on your packages.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Price Adjustments/Sales
The purchase price of all transactions at the time of purchase is Final. Price adjustments will not be made/honored should items you purchase go on sale anytime after your original purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


You will have the option to purchase insurance for your order when checking out. We recommend that you Do purchase the insurance.
We do not offer refunds on orders that are lost and do not have insurance on them. If you purchase insurance and have any issues with your packages
