SHIPPING POLICY
Asylum Custom Creations currently only ships throughout the United States
All items will ship out on business days only
We do not ship on Holidays or Weekends if you receive a shipping notification on a weekend or Holiday or after 2pm on Friday you items will not be shipped till the next business day.

We do our best to get all items shipped out as quickly as possible some items may take shorter time to get shipped out and on rare occasions some items may need to be shipped slightly later than listed however if this ever happens you will be informed right away.
SHIPPING TIME
Asylum Custom Creations has no control over shipping/delivery delays, delivery errors, missing packages that occur after we have surrendered the packages to the delivery carriers. We will do our very best to work with the carrier to locate your package with no guarantee of retrieval. Should a claim be needed and is successful your order will be refunded and/or reshipped.
- We use a variety of shipping carriers to make sure we deliver your order as soon as possible.
- If you order multiple items, you may get multiple deliveries. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email for each shipment, so you’ll know exactly what to expect and when to expect it.
- The estimated delivery date in checkout is based on your delivery address and the shipping option you’ve selected after processing time. Ensure that you double check the shipping method you want to use and the shipping time meets your needs.
- For Custom Ordered (not ready to sell items) items should arrive to you in 4 to 6 weeks standard and expedited shipping rates Do Not Apply (dee individual listings for more details on processing times & shipping times for items)
We are a small family owned business and are subject delayed, stoppage, and emergencies that can affect processing times.
